Support Community Support There are several support resources that you will want to consult when you have a problem: Forums - The primary support mechanism, the forums are populated with a large number of experienced users who always are happy to help.

Wiki

This is a repository of tutorials and reference knowledge which you should definitely consult if you need a hint. IRC - Direct person-to-person assistance.

Bug Tracker - Here you can see the state of existing known bugs.

Note that you cannot add new bugs here, all discussions regarding potential new bugs should take place in the forums. This is to avoid splitting the repository of knowledge when something turns out to not be a bug, but is in fact a problem with the way Moldeo is being used. Moderators and team members will promote items from the forum to the bug tracker if the issue is confirmed.
